When your new home plans are complete, Artisan will have an independent energy agency fully evaluate your plan (energy audit) and project the actual performance of your new Artisan home including annual heating/cooling costs and overall energy costs. They will compare those numbers with other new homes in the area built to other builder's standards.
Artisan Homes guarantees the independent energy audit will project the annual heating and cooling costs of your new Artisan home a minimum of 50% lower than the current new construction averages or we will redesign, free of charge and as necessary, to achieve that goal.
