Artisan Homes prefers to work with you on a fixed cost basis.
If your selections of materials and interior décor are completed prior to contract, Artisan will provide an exact cost proposal.
Any changes or additions you wish to make during construction will be documented by written Change Orders so when your home is completed the final cost to you will be the original Artisan contract price plus your approved Change Orders.
There are no end – of – project surprises!
