Artisan's scheduling approach is unique in the industry. It is based on construction progress rather than a pre-packaged, one size fits all, force it together approach. Artisan's need time to complete their tasks in an Artisan's manner! Adverse weather conditions, skill requirements, lot preparation and design difficulty will affect the schedule of any custom project.
Artisan will build your project as quickly as possible, but will not force progress onsite. Your home is much too valuable to be rushed! Our normal construction progress allows completion in approximately seven to fourteen months.
A guide of construction progress is part of our residential contract. It takes into consideration all those factors which affect construction progress and provides an estimate of the approximate completion date.
